Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites - Eufaula. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our hotel as well as efficiently and effectively responding to issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks in hotel rooms, lobby, etc. Respond to issues proactively when discovered
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Respond quickly to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outage, plumbing leaks, etc.)
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Plan and oversee tasks in a way which results in the least amount of guest disturbance
- Collaborate and communicate well with the GM
- Supervise contractors or external service providers when necessary
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff and address maintenance needs
- Proficiency in English to understand manuals and other technical documents when needed.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, etc.
- A solid maintenance background with mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair
- Ability to maintain accurate records

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
